“At 211 degrees, water is hot. At 212 degrees, it’s boiling. MINDSCAPE goes the extra degree because we know it makes a big difference.”
Bill McKendry, Partner // MINDSCAPE AT HANON MCKENDRY

As a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?

"I wanted to be a professional basketball player. Unfortunately, I played before they introduced the 3-Point line into the game...so it was just a big man’s game at the time. But I’m telling you now, if the 3-Point line was around when I played...I still would have ended up in advertising."

What attracted you to MINDSCAPE?

"Hanon McKendry (the company I co-founded and am currently Chief Creative Officer within) needed to grow its digital capabilities. When we looked out over the Web/interactive landscape, MINDSCAPE stood out as the best partner for us. From strategy, creative, programming and innovation, MINDSCAPE’s and Hanon McKendry’s focus is the same...squarely upon our clients' success."

What are three things you like most about MINDSCAPE?

"Great people, great work and great record of success."

What do you do for fun?

"I work in the best industry you can work in and work for the best clients anywhere...what more fun do you need? Outside of that...loving God, being with my family, skiing, boating, and enjoying Northern Michigan...these are the things that make life rich and make me work hard."

What's your education background?

"I graduated from the University of Denver with three degrees: marketing. Advertising. And skiing. (Okay, only the first two are real.)"

If you could say anything to the person reading this, what would it be?

"Nothing motivates like success. Nobody works harder than MINDSCAPE and Hanon McKendry to achieve success for their clients."

According to a recent Psychology Today magazine study, if you have over 302 Facebook friends you’re “friending out of desperation and not popularity” and, therefore, are not “socially attractive.” Whew! At 280 friends I’m still in the “less than desperate and not as attractive” zone … that’s a good thing, right?
