New Business
A large percentage of our work comes from existing clients and client referrals. That's a statement.
Our ten years of experience gives us over a thousand developments under our belt and hundreds of active clients. If we're working with your company, we mutually see an opportunity to improve your business and want to help. Our reputation is built upon the success of our clients - we take that very seriously.
Immediately meeting any of our team members, we hope you notice we're a bit different (in a good way). We're excited about each and every opportunity we have to positively influence our clients, so we're just as excited to sit down and talk with you to see what we can do together.
We all play a role in earning your business. Please meet our business development partners, Rebecca Dutcher and
Erin Jones. Also meet our co-founders Pete Brand and Paul Ferrier, and VP of Operations Mike Simon.
Project Kickoff
Once we are fortunate enough to earn your relationship – and believe us, we're humbled when a client trusts us with their website needs! – the project is officially kicked off. The project kick off meeting gives us a chance to ensure that all information collected in the new business phase is accurately relayed to the rest of our team. Information includes your company personality, goals, how to track success, and so on. It's a formalized party meet and greet.
At this time, the project will be officially handed over to your project manager, who will be your point of contact and manager of your entire project until launch.
Please meet your project managers Rebecca Blanchard and Jeff Bell.
Strategy
In order to achieve success online, we need to conquer strategy. We'll identify exactly what you're trying to accomplish – website, app or otherwise - then develop a strategy to be successful online using facts that we've researched.
We've developed our own proprietary strategy process we like to call the Mindshare Process (link). We'll identify and help you understand your online buyer personas, complete keyword research and recommendations, perform competitive espionage - that's spying - to learn what's working for your online competitors (and what's not), provide social media engagement strategies and so much more.
In the end, this strategy serves as a road map for development of your goals. It's a constant measuring stick ensuring that every decision made about the project fits the original vision.
It's not just any strategy that makes a website successful, it's the RIGHT strategy.
Please meet our strategy team, comprised of multiple leads of the development process: Pete Brand, Paul Ferrier,
Mike Simon, Rebecca Dutcher, Erin Jones, Jim Buchanan, Christina Torri, Jeff Bell, Rebecca Blanchard,
and Aaron Brander.
Design
Design of your website is a key element to its success. Although Strategically designed websites simply perform better. Our experienced Web design team is dedicated to designing websites. It's what they do. They understand usability. They understand branding. They understand visitor paths. They utilize eye-tracking software. They value conversion rates.
Our designers will take your strategy and turn it into a visual masterpiece that fits your brand. We are very proud of the designs we've put together. They produce results.
Please meet your design team Mark Swanson and Amy Snell.
Content
Content is a crucial phase of your project. It's what people read. It's what people watch. Most importantly, it's what people engage in and react to. Content can be the easiest – but is often – the most difficult part of the process.
You can provide content that matches your strategy, or you can rely on our highly qualified team of content creators. By understanding the strategy and setting the tone for your message, our content team can make the content phase of your project a breeze.
Please meet your content developers Renee Achterhof, Dawn Pick Benson, Spencer Blanchard, Jim Buchanan, Mike Schurr,
and Christina Torri.
Development
The development (aka programming) of your site is what makes it real. Before this point, it's all Word and PDF documents and pretty pictures. Here's where the rubber hits the road.
The development team will review the strategy, design concepts, and work with all other teams to ensure your website or application is created for success. Decisions will be made about the best technology to use, best user experience programs and a bunch of other techy stuff.
Please meet VP of Technology Aaron Brander and your developers Matt Brand, Josh Fremer, Mark Lane, Randy Hook, David Replogle, Anthony Shaw, Eric Patterson,
and Jason VanVuren.
Content Addition
We have a team dedicated to inserting content into your site as quickly and efficiently as possible, continuing to refer to the details of strategy and design. Font styles, colors, sizes, etc. all matter to the overall feel of your site.
Please meet your content addition techs Spencer Blanchard, Matt Brand, and Jon Siterlet.
Launch Party!
It's time to party – your site is ready for the world! This is an opportunity to reward you for trusting your online success with us, give our team who developed your website or app a chance to see your excitement and an opportunity to get your feedback: what you really enjoyed during the project, what we could have done better and we'll set plans for what we're going to be doing in the future.
We hope you get the impression that we are a highly motivated, personable team who will do whatever it takes to make our clients jump for joy. We want nothing more than to create something successful for you.
Please meet your ongoing support contact, Jon Siterlet.
Measurement, Analysis & Adjustments
The right strategy is key to a successful site. Measuring how the site is doing, analyzing data and making strategic adjustments makes your site successful long term.
What's your conversion rate from last week? How about conversion rate for this quarter vs last quarter? Year over year? Are things better or worse? What pages are most valuable to your visitors? More importantly, which ones are not? What content are your visitors sharing and engaging in? How many visitors abandon your conversion funnel? Do you know what a conversion funnel is?
You can rely on our Google Analytics certified individuals to keep an eye on all your site metrics, constantly analyzing what's going right and what's not doing the best. We'll help you take advantage of everything the Web has to offer.
Please meet your ongoing strategy team: Jeff Bell, Eric Patterson, Pete Brand, Paul Ferrier, Mike Simon, Jim Buchanan, Christina Torri, Rebecca Blanchard, and Aaron Brander.
